It becomes public that it is open, for a period of ten (10) working days from the publication of this notice on the Public Employment Exchange, a common tender procedure for the legal creation of public employment, in the form of appointment, with a view to filling eleven (11) posts, seven (7) for the financial area – Ref. A – and four (4) for the legal area – Ref. B – in the category of inspector, of the special inspection career of the staff map of the Inspectorate-General of the Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security.

Required legal relationship:

Recruitment of workers with a public employment relationship of indefinite duration already established.

Requirements for establishing a legal relationship:

a) Portuguese nationality, when not exempted by the Constitution, international convention or special law;

(b) 18 years of age;

c) Not inhibiting the exercise of public functions or not prohibiting the exercise of those that it is intended to perform;

d) Physical robustness and psychic profile indispensable to the exercise of the functions;

e) Compliance with mandatory vaccination laws.

Workplace:

The professional domicile of the workers is in Lisbon, at the headquarters of the Inspectorate-General, located at Avenida Elias Garcia, n.o 12, and can develop its activity anywhere in the national (continental) territory.

Academic qualification:

Ref. A – Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Auditing and Informatics (7 jobs);

Ref. B – law degree (4 jobs);

Job description:

The eleven (11) posts to be filled, for the degrees indicated below by reference, correspond to the category of inspector of the special inspection career, with the functional content described in Article 10 of Decree-Law No 170/2009 of 3 August 2009, within the scope of the specificities of the IGMTSSS mission activity.

Pay level 24 of the single pay scale
